Dear SPW Board and Team,
Here is an interview with Glenda Mathis on 'Beyond the Report' Book about Lubbock.
If you have a few minutes you must see this before our Monday BOD meeting.

I watched it twice to get you a good set of notes.

Expose children to STEM careers. Lego Robotics / Woodturning can also be STEM

- Kids drop out when they have no 'vision of success'.
- Goals, Grit, Resilience for kids
- Promote kids believing in Self, Lemonade Day. Control over money.
- Create a Dream
- We can make a difference
- Race Relations, Business & Women of color in 2050
- Workforce Development Training
- Women in Politics
- Equity and disparity in jobs and wages
- Women using power tools for construction and manufacturing jobs.
- Help people figure out what you want to do.
